Bush Veterinary Neurology Service is looking for an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding team!

We’re hiring in Leesburg & Springfield, VA and Rockville, MD with a generous sign-on bonus for qualified Credentialed Veterinary Technicians! 

Are you a Credentialed Veterinary Technician experienced in surgical anesthesia and post-operative nursing? Do you enjoy the thrill of Specialty medicine and patient care? About you:

- You have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities of a veterinary technician including (but not limited to):

    • Venipuncture
    • IV Catheter Placement
    • Drug Calculations
    • Administration of Medications (IV or other methods)
    • Taking Vitals
    • Observe, document, and recognize changes in patient attitude, abnormal behavior, and changes in condition
    • Provide high quality medical/ nursing care

- You work well independently and as part of a team, practicing good judgment to ensure high-quality care for all patients
- You adapt to the individual needs of each patient, are not afraid to ask questions, are eager to enhance your skill set, and maintain a positive attitude
- EzyVet and SmartFlow experience is a plus
