TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR DUTIES

Our remote veterinary technicians, depending on their position, could be responsible for cases on the Pet Poison Helpline, SafetyCall’s industry side, and our Veterinary Helpline regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and other adverse events or questions from pet owners.

Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week) and Part-Time (varied) options.  Shift times/days vary depending on position applied to. Most include every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Required Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
1. Active CVT/LVT/RVT License and 1+years of experience OR 3+ years of work experience as a Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff performing technician duties.

Remote Agent Requirements:
Must be willing to obtain/maintain at their expense certain IT requirements and have a designated home office area. They may not have any other responsibilities during the time they are working such as caring for dependents.
