Staunton Veterinary Clinic is looking to add another Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team!
Experienced and newly graduated licensed Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply! (Experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred, however we are willing to train new grads!)
Come join our welcoming team and utilize your technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are a fast-paced clinic with daily tasks ranging from routine annual visits, technician appointments, various surgical procedures, and emergency triage/management.
Requirements:
- A.A.S. in
Veterinary Technology (minimum) and a current VA license or the ability to
obtain this licensure upon graduation
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, be an active team player, and have the ability
to adapt to a dynamic veterinary clinic schedule
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills with coworkers and
clients
- Provide
compassionate care and empathy to patients and owners
Monday-Friday work schedule (closed on weekends)

The Small Animal Clinic at Piedmont Equine in The Plains, VA needs a new LVT to help continue our positive expansion forward in our general practice clinic, precisely, a Virginia State Licensed Technician or new graduate ready to take state boards and eager to learn.
We have 2 full-time and 3 part-time doctors plus an internal medicine specialist and orthopedic surgeon who come on referral. We also have a full-service equine hospital and ambulatory practice.
Our full-time position is 36 + hours a week. Business hours are Monday–Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-12:30 pm. The staff works 4–10 hrs days and rotates Saturdays. Flexibility is important, but we also recognize the importance of a healthy work/life balance.
